NOVELTY - Preparation of fluorine-free and zirconium-free aluminium alloy passivator, involves absorbing acrylic acid copolymer group on the hydrated alumina surface, such that the outer side acrylic acid group provides reactivity with the coating and is tightly combined with the coating, conversion film provides the function of increasing the adhesive force of the coating for the conversion film between the aluminum alloy and the coating. USE - Preparation of fluorine-free and zirconium-free aluminium alloy passivator ADVANTAGE - The fluorine-free zirconium-free aluminum alloy passivator has excellent anti-permeability, chemical stability and mechanical property, and the conversion film formed has excellent corrosion resistance, impact resistance and deformation resistance. The film can be directly formed on the natural oxide film on the surface of the aluminum alloy, which avoids the dependence of the film-forming on the etching amount. The low etching amount reduces the corrosion requirements of the workpiece in the degreasing process, which is conducive to supporting alkaline degreasing agents. The neutralization and light extraction and water washing after alkali etching are omitted, and the original production line does not need to be modified and added. The washing water discharged in daily production can be directly discharged without neutralization treatment. The process time is relaxed to effectively avoid the quality risk of decoating or unqualified salt spray test, and the water-free method is adopted after passivation, which overcomes the quality hidden danger existing in the current chromium-free passivation-free water-washing method.
