NOVELTY - The graphene manufacturing device comprises: a first illuminating unit for linearly illuminating light from a first light source through an optical element; a second illuminating unit for irradiating light from a second light source in a graphite oxide film coated on a substrate; and a control unit controlling the light irradiation sequence of the second illuminating unit. The first illuminating unit is arranged in the graphite oxide film. The first light source is irradiated in a local domain of the graphite oxide film. USE - The device is useful for manufacturing graphene (claimed), which is useful in an electrode of a battery. ADVANTAGE - The device is capable of economically and rapidly manufacturing the graphene with high yield and quality, and has improved performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The graphene manufacturing device comprises: a first illuminating unit for linearly illuminating light from a first light source through an optical element; a second illuminating unit for irradiating light from a second light source in a graphite oxide film coated on a substrate; and a control unit controlling the light irradiation sequence of the second illuminating unit. The first illuminating unit is arranged in the graphite oxide film. The first light source is irradiated in a local domain of the graphite oxide film. The second light source is a surface light source irradiated in a broad area of the graphite oxide film. The first illuminating unit and the second illuminating unit are combined by the optical element. The device further includes a driver for transferring the optical element of the first illuminating unit and the second illuminating unit, and a linear condensing lens in which the optical element of the first illuminating unit linearly condenses light from the first light source. The linear condensing lens is a cylindrical lens. The control unit turns on the first light source on to linearly irradiate the light in the graphite oxide film, and turns on the second light source to gradually irradiate the light on the graphite oxide film. The first light source generates a coherent ray and a phosphorus-coherent ray. The coherent ray is a laser light. The phosphorus-coherent ray is a high power LED light. The second light source generates a flash light. The second illuminating unit is a flash tube. The flash light comprises a xenon flash or an UV flash.
