NOVELTY - A conductive ink comprises 15-20 pts. wt. electrically and thermally conductive carrier, 20-35 pts. wt. filler, 20-85 pts. wt. resin carrier, 0.5-1 pts. wt. anti-settling agent, 0.2-0.5 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.2-0.5 pts. wt. thickener and 0.2-2 pts. wt. solvent. USE - Conductive ink used for heating car rearview mirrors. ADVANTAGE - The conductive ink has excellent conductivity, adhesiveness, wrapping characteristics, curing characteristics, and storage stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEEPNDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the conductive ink, which involves drying the electrically and thermally conductive carrier and filler for later use, mixing the resin carrier, anti-settling agent, dispersant, thickener, conductive and thermally conductive carrier, filler and solvent to obtain conductive ink, sanding and dispersing the mixture until the fineness of conductive ink is 10 microm or less, vacuum filtering conductive ink, and large particles of impurities generated in the process of sanding and dispersion, defoaming the conductive ink and preventing the powder from settling.
