NOVELTY - Manufacture of capsule involves (S10) forming a mixture solution by mixing a nanomaterial and a resin, (S20) moving a healing liquid and a hydrophilic solution through a supply pipe (p1), moving the mixture solution through a supply pipe (p2) formed outside the supply pipe (p1), and moving the hydrophobic solution through a movement passage, (S30) discharging the healing liquid from the supply pipe (p1) to form a droplet-shaped droplet (d1), and discharging the mixture solution from the supply pipe (p2) to surround the droplet (d1) and to form a droplet-shaped droplet (d2), and curing the droplet (d2) by irradiating UV rays. USE - Manufacture of capsule used for building structural material e.g. concrete. ADVANTAGE - The method provides capsule preventing evaporation of healing liquid inside the capsule, increasing durability of the capsule and having excellent self-healing function even after long time. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for capsule manufacturing apparatus, which comprises the supply pipe (p1) through which a healing liquid and a hydrophilic solution, is moved and a droplet (d1) is discharged through a discharge port (a1), a supply pipe (p2) formed outside the supply pipe (p1), through which a mixture solution is moved, and a droplet (d2) is discharged through a discharge port (a2), a passage through which the hydrophobic solution is moved, a connection pipe connected to the movement passage and through which the droplet (d2) and the hydrophobic solution are moved, and a curing system formed in the connecting pipe to supply the droplet (d2) and for curing the droplet (d2) by irradiating ultraviolet rays to the droplet (d2).
