NOVELTY - A gold and copper nanowire based trimercapto propyltriethoxysilane graphene biosensor preparing method involves utilizing alumina powder for polishing glass carbon electrode, and ultrasonic cleaning in ultrapure water and ethanol, and drying. Gold-copper nanowire and trimercapto propyltriethoxysilane solution of graphene composite are dropwisely added on the electrode surface, and dried. Carcinoembryonic antigen antibody solution is added dropwise to the modified electrode surface, and incubated in refrigerator. Bovine serum albumin solution is added and incubated, and cleaned. USE - Method for preparing a gold and copper nanowire based trimercapto propyltriethoxysilane graphene biosensor. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the graphene biosensor with good electrochemical catalytic ability, electron transfer capability and improved sensitivity, and realizing early diagnosis of carcinoembryonic antigen. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A gold and copper nanowire based trimercapto propyltriethoxysilane graphene biosensor preparing method involves utilizing 1, 0.3, 0.05 mu m alumina powder for polishing glass carbon electrode, and ultrasonic cleaning in ultrapure water and ethanol, and drying by nitrogen. 6 mu l gold-copper nanowire and 1-2 mg/ml trimercapto propyltriethoxysilane solution of graphene composite are dropwisely added on the electrode surface, and dried. 6 mu l 8-12 mu g/ml carcinoembryonic antigen antibody solution is added dropwise to the modified electrode surface, and incubated at 4 degrees C in a refrigerator for 1 hour. 3 mu l 5-15 mg/ml bovine serum albumin solution is added and incubated at 4 degrees C in a refrigerator for 1 hour, and cleaned.
