NOVELTY - Method for preparing 4A molecular sieve graphene oxide composite material, involves (a) grinding spherical 4A molecular sieve and sieving, (b) adding deionized water and analytically pure hydrochloric acid to 4A molecular sieve, uniformly stirring, filtering, washing with deionized water, drying and calcining at 200 degrees C to obtain modified 4A molecular sieve powder, (c) taking graphene oxide prepared by quantitative Hummer method, adding deionized water and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain graphene oxide suspension dispersion liquid, (d) continuously stirring the obtained 4A molecular sieve suspension, dripping graphene oxide dispersion liquid, preventing the solution from being fused, continuously stirring, heating and evaporating the aqueous solution, (e) performing heat-treatment on obtained mixed solution at 110 degrees C for 6 hours, drying, adding to muffle furnace, calcining at 350 degrees C for 2 hours and grinding to obtain the graphene oxide/4A molecular sieve composite material. USE - Method for preparing 4A molecular sieve graphene oxide composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, economical and suitable for large-scale production, and the obtained composite material has excellent adsorption effect for methyl orange. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing 4A molecular sieve graphene oxide composite material, involves (a) grinding spherical 4A molecular sieve and sieving using 200 mesh sieve to obtain powdery molecular sieve, (b) adding deionized water and analytically pure hydrochloric acid to 4A molecular sieve, uniformly stirring, filtering, washing with deionized water, drying and calcining at 200 degrees C to obtain modified 4A molecular sieve powder, (c) taking graphene oxide prepared by quantitative Hummer method, adding deionized water and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain graphene oxide suspension dispersion liquid, (d) continuously stirring the obtained 4A molecular sieve suspension, dripping graphene oxide dispersion liquid, preventing the solution from being fused, continuously stirring, heating and evaporating the aqueous solution, (e) performing heat-treatment on obtained mixed solution at 110 degrees C for 6 hours, drying, adding to muffle furnace, calcining at 350 degrees C for 2 hours and grinding to obtain the graphene oxide/4A molecular sieve composite material.
