▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A high-hardness chromium-free Dacromet (RTM: Zinc-aluminum flake coating) comprises metal powder slurry, chromate substitute and additive. The metal powder slurry comprises 6-10 parts mass zinc-aluminum alloy powder, 3-5 parts mass wetting dispersant (1), 4-6 parts mass protective agent and 10-15 parts mass water. The chromate substitute comprises 0.5-0.8 part mass corrosion inhibition/passivation combination agent, 5-10 parts mass silane coupling agent, 2-4 parts mass wetting dispersant (2) and 8-12 parts mass water. The additive comprises 0.05-0.2 part mass thickener and 0.1-0.3 part mass defoamer. USE - High-hardness chromium-free Dacromet (RTM: Zinc and aluminum flake coating) used in preparation of anticorrosion coating (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The high-hardness chromium-free coating has excellent corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and metal-powder dispersibility and uniformity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: preparation of the coating, which involves (s1) adding wetting dispersant (1) to water and stirring evenly, adding zinc-aluminum alloy powder and protective agent, dispersing evenly to obtain a uniform slurry (A), (s2) mixing and dissolving silane coupling agent, corrosion inhibitor/passivation agent and water, removing impurities, adding wetting dispersant (2), dispersing evenly to obtain a uniform slurry (B), and (s3) mixing uniform slurry (A) and uniform slurry (B), adding thickener and defoamer and stirring until the pH and viscosity are stable; anticorrosion coating, which is obtained by spraying or dip-coating the coating on the surface of a substrate; and pin-coating device, which comprises a speed regulator which is connected to an electric stirrer.
