▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The detector has a glass substrate (1) whose upper side is provided with a core-removing side polishing optical fiber (2). A metal electrode (4) is arranged on both sides of the flat region (3) of the core-removing side optical fiber. The flat region and the upper side of the metal electrode are covered with a graphene film. The upper layer of the graphene film is provided with a polymethyl methacrylate film (6). The graphene film is a single layer of graphene. USE - Full-fiber wavelength selective modulator and detector integrated with optical fiber. ADVANTAGE - The functions of electro-optical modulation and photo-detection of wavelength selection are realized. The graphene film and the core-side polishing optical fiber waveguide structure are combined to realize the low insertion loss, wavelength selective modulation, multi-function, and simple structure.
