▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The detector has a glass substrate (1) whose upper side is provided with a core-removing side polishing optical fiber (2). ADVANTAGE - The functions of electro-optical modulation and photo-detection of wavelength selection are realized. The graphene film and the core-side polishing optical fiber waveguide structure are combined to realize the low insertion loss, wavelength selective modulation, multi-function, and simple structure.
