NOVELTY - Graphene polyurea protective coating, comprises aromatic isocyanate prepolymer as component A and 250-550 pts. wt. amino-terminated polyether, 250-500 pts. wt. amino chain extender, 0.05-5 pts. wt. graphene, 0.05-25 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.05-50 pts. wt. anti-settling agent, 0.05-25 pts. wt. defoamer, and 10-50 pts. wt. color paste as component B. The volume ratio of the A component to the B component is 1:0.8-1.2. USE - Used as graphene polyurea protective coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating, has excellent corrosion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing graphene polyurea protective coating, comprising (i) preparing component A, (ii) mixing amino-terminated polyether and amino chain extender, then adding dispersant, defoamer and anti-settling agent and stirring, then adding graphene for grinding, finally adding color paste and stirring, and filtering to obtain component B, and (iii) mixing component A and component B to obtain graphene polyurea protective coating; and (2) tray made of polystyrene foam, comprising coating surface of the tray with graphene polyurea protective coating having thickness of 0.5-3 mm.
