NOVELTY - Preparation of microcrystalline graphene involves performing chemical intercalation of microcrystalline graphite as raw material, subjecting the resultant graphite to high-temperature swelling treatment and intercalation treatment, further performing high-temperature swelling treatment, obtaining expanded microcrystalline graphite, ultrasonically treating twice, stripping the resultant material, subjecting the resultant stripped material to pressure filtration, separating and washing. USE - Preparation of microcrystalline graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides microcrystalline graphene by economical process without using sulfur and within short reaction time.
