NOVELTY - Preparing nano metal oxide-graphene composite material, comprises (i) preparing graphite oxide aqueous dispersion liquid, placing into a ball milling tank, and adding nitrate, where the nitrate is e.g. silver nitrate, cobalt nitrate, manganese nitrate, ferric nitrate, nickel nitrate, bismuth nitrate, copper nitrate, and cerium nitrate, and (ii) adding deionized water to the resulting mixture after ball milling, dispersing and allowing it to stand to divide into layers, pouring out the upper layer suspension, filtering the precipitate, washing using water, and drying to obtain the material. USE - The method is useful for preparing nano metal oxide-graphene composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has simple preparation process and high yield; is suitable for large scale industrialized production; and is environmentally friendly. The composite material comprises metal oxide with uniform particle size less than 50 nm, which is uniformly dispersed in the graphene surface, where the thickness of the graphene sheet is 1-10 carbon atoms layer, hand as good crystal structure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing nano metal oxide-graphene composite material, comprises (i) adding graphite oxide in water to prepare graphite oxide aqueous dispersion liquid with weight percentage concentration of 0.01-10%, placing the graphite oxide aqueous dispersion liquid into the ball milling tank to ball mill, adding nitrate for milling, where the mass ratio of graphite oxide and nitrate is 1:0.1-10, where the nitrate is silver nitrate, cobalt nitrate, manganese nitrate, ferric nitrate, nickel nitrate, bismuth nitrate, copper nitrate, cerium nitrate, vanadium nitrate, chromium nitrate, titanium nitrate, and/or beryllium nitrate, and (ii) adding deionized water to the resulting mixture after ball milling, dispersing and allowing it to stand to divide into layers, pouring out the upper layer suspension, filtering the precipitate, washing using water, and drying to obtain the material.
