NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene/polystyrene electroconductive composite material involves adding graphite in beaker, adding concentrated sulfuric acid, placing in ice-water bath, magnetically stirring, adding potassium permanganate, stirring, transferring in water bath, stirring, adding water and hydrogen peroxide, stirring, cooling, centrifuging with hydrochloric acid, washing, ultrasonically stripping, centrifuging, freeze-drying, adding hydrazine hydrate, heating, carrying out reduction reaction, centrifuging, washing, vacuum drying, preheating and performing compression molding process. USE - Method for preparing graphene/polystyrene electroconductive composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple. The product has high viscosity and conductivity and good thermal stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene/polystyrene electroconductive composite material comprises: (A) adding 8.0 g graphite in beaker, adding 200 mL concentrated sulfuric acid, placing in ice-water bath, magnetically stirring for 1 minute, adding 24.0 g potassium permanganate, stirring for 1 hour, transferring in water bath at 30 degrees C, stirring for 1 hour, adding 200 mL water, stirring for 30 minutes, adding 600 mL water and 27 mL hydrogen peroxide, stirring, cooling to room temperature, centrifuging with hydrochloric acid, washing, washing mixture with water, ultrasonically stripping, centrifuging and freeze-drying to obtain brown powder; (B) taking 100 mL three-necked flask equipped with stirring rod, condenser and nitrogen inlet, adding 520 g 90% aqueous ethanol, adding 2 g initiator and 10 g styrene monomer, stirring at room temperature and nitrogen bubbling for 30 minutes; (C) heating at 70 degrees C for 2 hours, adding 3 g dimethyl carbonate and polystyrene prepolymer, pre-polymerizing for 22 hours, centrifuging, separating, washing and drying under vacuum to obtain cationic polystyrene microspheres; (D) ultrasonically dispersing polystyrene microspheres in 200 g water, adding brown powder, stirring, ultrasonically dispersing for 30 minutes, transferring to 500 mL flask, adding hydrazine hydrate and heating at 95 degrees C for 4 hours; and (E) carrying out reduction reaction, centrifuging, washing, vacuum drying, preheating for 2 minutes and performing compression molding process at 180 degrees C for 5 minutes with pressure of 10 MPa.
