NOVELTY - An organic LED (OLED) display comprises substrate (111), organic LED (70) which is provided on substrate and consists of 1st electrode (710), organic emission layer (720), and 2nd electrode (730), packed layer (250) on organic LED, and protective layer (260) on packed layer consisting of graphene oxide and/or graphene nitride. USE - An organic LED display (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Oxygen and moisture are effectively blocked, reliability of OLED display is improved, and production cost of OLED display is reduced.
