NOVELTY - Steel bridge surface composite structure with excellent corrosion resistance, comprises steel bridge sequentially set from bottom to top, a waterproof anti-corrosion layer, waterproof adhesive layer, epoxy asphalt mixed material lower layer, water-resistant adhesive layer and epoxy pitch mixed material upper layer. The waterproof anticorrosive layer includes component A and component B. The component A includes 30-40 pts. wt. emulsified asphalt, 30- 40 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy resin, 30 -40 pts water-based epoxy resins, 20-26 pts. wt. filler, 3-4 pts. wt. modified oxide graphene, 3-4 pts.wt. wetting agent, 0.2-0.3 pts.wt. antifoaming agent, 0.3-0.4pts.wt.anti-rust agent, 0.2-0.3 pts.wt. film-forming auxiliary agent, 3-4 pts.wt.anti-settling agent, 5-7 pts.wt.water.The component(B) comprises curing agent and water, mass ratio of two is 3: 2. USE - Steel bridge surface composite structure used in technical field of bridge deck paving material. ADVANTAGE - The steel bridge surface composite structure has excellent corrosion resistance, waterproof, anti-corrosion and high temperature resistance, and improves the whole performance of the composite structure of the steel plate surface.
