NOVELTY - The device has a chassis frame (1) and a solution cabin (2) fixed by a supporting rod group. An upper side of the solution cabin is rotatably connected with a cabin cover through a hinge. An inner side of a solution cabin is provided with a placing mechanism for electrophoresis of a sponge. The placing mechanism is provided with a short shaft (22). An output end of a motor (28) is fixed with a short shaft. A filter screen frame is fixed with a U-shaped connecting piece (221). An electrode assembly is provided with a lower extending plate that is fixed on a lower side of a bottom seal plate, a rotating shaft and a connecting electrode. USE - Device for coating surface of sponge used in electrical, mechanical and thermal applications. ADVANTAGE - The device has high drying speed, and realizes electrophoresis and drying operation in coating process through a device, reduces contact solution and air without need to transfer sponge so as to realize simple operation and improve environmental protection.
