NOVELTY - Preparing aqueous alkyd anti-corrosion coating comprises (i) weighing 60-80 pts. wt. modified alkyd resin, 10-15 pts. wt. modified filler, 4-6 pts. wt. aqueous drier, 3-5 pts. wt. vinyltriethoxysilane, 0.5-1 pts. wt. zinc chloride, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. defoamer, 0.5-1 pts. wt. dispersant, 20-40 pts. wt. water, (ii) mixing and stirring the modified alkyd resin, the modified filler and water to obtain a pretreatment solution; and (iii) adding a aqueous drier, a defoaming agent and a dispersing agent into the pretreatment solution, and stirring uniformly. USE - The method is useful for preparing aqueous alkyd anti-corrosion coating. ADVANTAGE - The method enhances the chemical stability of coating, improves the chemical stability of the coating, improves the anti-corrosion effect of coatings, increases the cross-linking mode, and improves the impact resistance of coating film.
