NOVELTY - Preparing environmentally friendly high-toughness polypropylene plastic involves 100-110 pts. wt. polypropylene, 15-20 pts. wt. reinforcing filler, 20-30 pts. wt. castor oil modified hyperbranched polyurethane, 1-2 pts. wt. antioxidant and 2-4 pts. wt. lubricant, placing polypropylene, reinforcing filler, castor oil modified hyperbranched polyurethane, antioxidant, and lubricant into a high-speed mixer to rotate at high speed, and mixing to obtain mixture, adding the mixture into the twin-screw extruder, controlling the temperature at 180-200 degrees C, and extruding to obtain the plastic masterbatch, pouring the plastic masterbatch into the storage hopper of the cooling equipment, entering portion of plastic masterbatch the lower hopper through the storage hopper, cooling, turning on the drive motor and driving the motor.
