NOVELTY - Preparing polyimide/graphene composite film involves performing ultrasonic reaction to the graphene oxide and thionyl chloride to obtain the acyl chloride graphene. The obtained acyl chloride graphene and diamine, dianhydride are mixed for polycondensation to obtain polyamic acid, coating the obtained polyamic acid to form film, heating to perform imidization reaction to obtain the antistatic polyimide/graphene composite film. USE - Method for preparing polyimide/graphene composite film used in in OLED display (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare polyimide/graphene composite film with improved antistatic and insulating performance and mechanical property.
