▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A power storage device comprises positive electrode (201) containing positive electrode current controller (211) and positive electrode active material layer (212) on positive electrode current controller in which positive electrode active material layer contains graphene and multiple crystals of composite oxide, and crystals are covered with graphene and have crystal shape of rectangular solid. USE - A power storage device for display device and electronic equipment (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - Deformation and damage of electrode can be suppressed. Increase in usage rate of power can be suppressed in time when electric devices are used. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A power storage device comprises positive electrode (201) containing positive electrode current controller (211) and positive electrode active material layer (212) on positive electrode current controller in which positive electrode active material layer contains graphene and multiple crystals of composite oxide of formula LiMPO4, and crystals are covered with graphene and have crystal shape of rectangular solid. M=Fe, Co, Ni, and Mn. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) display device comprising power storage device, display portion and speaker; and (2) electronic equipment comprising power storage device. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a sectional view of the power storage device.
