▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Nano-composite structure comprises graphene layer (200) and quantum dot layer (100, 100'). The graphene layer is interposed between two quantum dot layers to form structure. The graphene layer is formed of m layers, and quantum dot layer is formed of n layers. USE - Nano-composite structure used in solar cell (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nano-composite structure enables to improves efficiency of solar cell. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a solar cell, which includes nano-composite structure; and (2) a method for manufacturing nano-composite structure, which involves forming quantum dot layer; forming graphene layer on quantum dot layer; and forming quantum dot layer on graphene layer to obtain nano-composite structure.
