NOVELTY - Cotton comprises 96.5-97.5 wt.% polyurethane particles, 0.4-0.6 wt.% water, 0.4-4.6 wt.% silicone oil foam stabilizer, 0.4-0.6 wt.% catalyst, 0.4-0.6 wt.% antibacterial agent, and 0.8-1.2 wt.% graphene pore former. USE - Cotton. ADVANTAGE - The cotton has good physical properties such as breathability, resilience, tear resistance, elongation, softness, quickly dissipate heat without breeding bacteria, effectively prevent foot odor, effectively return to stress, has a long service life, is not easy to tear and damage, and has strong practicability, which meets the needs of supplies such as insoles and sports protective pads. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for producing open-cell high-elasticity breathable cotton, which involves; (A) adding 2% MDI, 40% TDI, 29% PPG, 29% POP to a screw extruder, and the screw extruder produced polyurethane particles; (B) putting polyurethane particles made above into a foaming machine, and foaming machine comprises 96.5-97.5 wt.% polyurethane particles, 0.4-0.6 wt.% water, 0.4-0.6 wt.% silicone oil foaming agent, 0.4-0.6 wt.% Catalyst, 0.4-0.6 wt.% antibacterial agent, 0.8-1.2 wt.% graphene pore-former mixing and stirring at high speed; and (C) injecting stirred material onto the conveyor belt, and the material automatically foaming for 5-10 minutes to open the hole.
