An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for preparing graphene perovskite photocatalytic hydrogen production catalyst, which involves dissolving nitrate, tetrabutyl titanate and complexing agent in ethanol solution and then adding graphene suspension to prepare mixed solution, stirring the mixed solution to obtain dry gel, roasting the dry gel to remove organic substance and vacuum calcining.
