▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Polymer-based composite material comprises at least one polymer chemical compound as the matrix component, and at least one of the thermally conductive filler, and additive or reinforcements chosen from a carbon nanotube, carbon fiber, graphene, graphite, carbon black, aluminum nitride and/or boron nitride as a reinforcement component. USE - The material is useful for production of pumps and coating of electronic parts in automotive and aeronautics applications. ADVANTAGE - The material exhibits thermal conductivity values in thickness and planar direction, is cost-effective, and has improved energy conservation and design flexibility.
