▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A weather-resistant, hydrophobic, self-cleaning coating comprises 45-55 wt.% fluorine-silicon resin, 1-2 wt.% film-forming assistant, 4-6 wt.% bentonite; 14 -17 wt.% titanium dioxide, 4 -6 wt.% barium sulfate, 1.5-2.5 wt.% sericite powder, 8-12 wt.% heavy calcium carbonate, 0.2-0.4 wt.% multifunctional additive, 0.5-0.7 wt.% ammonia salt dispersant, 0.1-0.2 wt.% wetting agent, 0.3- 0.5 wt.% defoaming agent, 0.7-1 wt.% thickening agent, 0.1-0.2 wt.% preservative and balance water. USE - Weather-resistant, hydrophobic, self-cleaning coating is used in roofs. ADVANTAGE - The weather-resistant, hydrophobic, self-cleaning coating has improved break through performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation of weather-resistant, hydrophobic, self-cleaning coating, which involves: 1) adding bentonite into water, followed by stirring at speed 700-800 rotaions/minute (rpm), then adding the multifunctional auxiliary agent, ammonia salt dispersing agent, wetting agent and a part of defoaming agent, then stirring and dispersing; 2) mixing titanium dioxide with barium sulfate, sericite powder and heavy calcium, followed by dispersing at speed 1200-1300 rpm; 3) adding fluorosilicone resin and dispersing at speed 700-800 rpm; 4) adding a film forming additive, remaining defoaming agent and preservative, maintaining the temperature, then dispersing at 700-800 rpm; 5) adding a thickening agent and adjusting the consistency to 100-120 kilo units (KU method of the roof weather-resistant hydrophobic self-cleaning coating.
