NOVELTY - A graphene heating mixed material comprises 1-5 pts. wt. graphene, 5-20 pts. insulating particle, 3-30 pts. solvent and 1-13 pts. cross-linking agent. USE - Graphene heating mixed material for preparing heating element for heating tube (all claimed) used in household heating, medical device and industrial heating applications. ADVANTAGE - The graphene heating mixed material has low cost, plasticity, simple preparation, excellent quality, heating uniformity and heating performance, short heating time, long service life, ultra-low power consumption and super-high temperature of more than 400 degrees C. The heating tube emits far infrared ray when heated, which promotes metabolism and improves human immune system.
