NOVELTY - Preparation of heat-resistant polyaniline conductive film involves adding ammonium persulfate to deionized water having weight of 20-30 times, stirring uniformly, preparing an aqueous solution of ammonium persulfate, adding phosphorus trichloride and glyceryl tristearate, stirring at 50-55 degrees C for 10-20 minutes, adding aniline, stirring, subjecting to a reaction vessel, introducing nitrogen gas to adjust the temperature of the reaction vessel to 65-70 degrees C, adding obtained aqueous ammonium persulfate solution, stirring for 4-5 hours, discharging the product, obtaining phosphorus-doped polymer emulsion, adding bisphenol A to phosphorus-doped polymer emulsion, stirring uniformly, increasing the temperature to 90-95 degrees C, stirring for 1-2 hours, suction-filtering, washing filter cake, drying at room temperature, obtaining heat resistant polymer, adding obtained polymer to activated graphene dispersion, stirring, adding heat-resistant stabilizer, stirring for 3-4 hours and spin coating. USE - Preparation of heat-resistant polyaniline conductive film. ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently provides heat-resistant polyaniline conductive film having high stability, mechanical strength and heat stability.
