NOVELTY - Preparation of palladium/three-dimensional graphene composite microspheres involves uniformly mixing 5 g 1-1.5 %mass graphene oxide solution, 0.25 g polyvinylpyrrolidone and 0.0714 g palladium chloride, obtaining composite dispersed phase solution, introducing 1 mL dispersed phase solution into a syringe, injecting into a circular container containing 50 mL dimethyl silicone oil, maintaining at 60-70 degrees C and 500 rpm for 12-24 hours, obtaining composite microspheres, discharging the microspheres from the circular container and calcining at 750 degrees C for 2 hours under nitrogen atmosphere. USE - Preparation of palladium/three-dimensional graphene composite microspheres (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides palladium/three-dimensional graphene composite microspheres having uniform particle size and controllable particle diameter, by safe, reliable and environmentally friendly process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of palladium/three-dimensional graphene composite microspheres involves uniformly mixing 5 g 1-1.5 %mass graphene oxide solution, 0.25 g polyvinylpyrrolidone and 0.0714 g palladium chloride, obtaining composite dispersed phase solution, introducing 1 mL dispersed phase solution into a syringe, injecting into a circular container containing 50 mL dimethyl silicone oil, maintaining at 60-70 degrees C and 500 rpm for 12-24 hours, obtaining composite microspheres, discharging the microspheres from the circular container and calcining at 750 degrees C and 5 degrees C/minute for 2 hours under nitrogen atmosphere. The circular container is made of polypropylene.
