NOVELTY - Preparing high-efficiency anti-corrosion h-BN/GO/waterborne epoxy composite material involves forming of h-BN/GO, weighing certain amount of solid graphene oxide, adding deionized water, performing first ultrasonication, and obtain uniform black liquid, adding h-BN powder to black liquid, performing second ultrasonication to obtain uniform mixed liquid, mass ratio of h-BN powder to solid GO satisfies 1:3-3:1. The mixture obtained is centrifuged, and lower layer precipitate is freeze-dried to obtain solid h-BN/GO. The h-BN/GO composite material obtained by adding to pure water, and ultrasonic dispersing is uniform to obtain 0.005-0.015g/mL dispersions. The dispersion obtained is added to aqueous epoxy resin and stirred to obtain h-BN/GO/EP composite material, ratio of h-BN/GO composite material to EP is 0.003:1-0.008:1. USE - Method for preparing high-efficiency anti-corrosion h-BN/GO/waterborne epoxy composite material used in metal anti-corrosion field (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare high-efficiency anti-corrosion h-BN/GO/waterborne epoxy composite material that is simple and feasible, suitable for industrial production, has high corrosion resistance, and low preparation cost.
