NOVELTY - Graphene hybrid polymer comprises 1-8 pts. wt. graphene, 10-100 pts. wt. activator, 0.5-6 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.001-0.01 pts. wt. wetting agent, 400-800 pts. wt. carrier, where the graphene hybrid polymer is prepared by adding graphene and activator, dispersant, and wetting agent to the carrier, mixing into a mixture system, and using a self-made high-energy and efficient hybrid reactor through mechanochemical reactions. USE - Used as graphene hybrid polymer. ADVANTAGE - The graphene hybrid polymer: adds graphene with hybridization treatment i.e. 12 times better than the non-hybridized acetic acid resistance; increases heat resistance by 30-50 degrees C, and increases wear resistance by 5 times. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for device for producing graphene hybrid polymer, comprising hybrid reactor including a bevel gear pair driven by an electric motor, the lower part of the main shaft is fixed on the axis of the passive bevel gear, the upper part of the main shaft is fixed with a rotating arm, and the middle part of the main shaft is connected with a central gear through a key, the central gear and a pair of planetary gears form a moving pair, the lower end of the planetary gear shaft is fixed on the planetary gear, the bottom of the material tank is fixed on the upper end of the planetary gear shaft, and the middle part of the planetary gear shaft is equipped with a rotating cylinder with a rotating arm end head.
