NOVELTY - Preparing solid-state battery comprises e.g. forming a poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) polystyrene sulfonate (PEDOT-PSS) film on one surface of the anode current collector by electrochemical deposition, adding 35-37 wt.% anode active material, 1-5 wt.% graphene, 0.8-2 wt.% conductive agent, 0.8-2 wt.% binder into the aqueous solvent, stirring to obtain anode electrode slurry, coating anode electrode slurry on the surface of the PEDOT-PSS film and drying to obtain anode electrode, where water content in the anode electrode slurry is 60% of the total mass, forming a PEDOT-PSS film on one surface of the anode current collector by electrochemical deposition, adding 35-37 wt.% cathode active material, 1-5 wt.% graphene, 0.8-2 wt.% conductive agent, 0.8-2 wt.% binder into the aqueous solvent and stirring to obtain cathode electrode slurry, coating anode slurry on the surface of the PEDOT-PSS film and then drying to obtain cathode electrode. USE - The method is useful for preparing solid-state battery. ADVANTAGE - The solid-state battery: has reasonable design and excellent performance; solves the problem of flammability and explosion; and is safe. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing solid-state battery comprises (i) forming a poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) polystyrene sulfonate (PEDOT-PSS) film on one surface of the anode current collector by electrochemical deposition, adding 35-37 wt.% anode active material, 1-5 wt.% graphene, 0.8-2 wt.% conductive agent, 0.8-2 wt.% binder into the aqueous solvent, stirring to obtain anode electrode slurry, coating anode electrode slurry on the surface of the PEDOT-PSS film and drying to obtain anode electrode, where water content in the anode electrode slurry is 60% of the total mass, (ii) forming a PEDOT-PSS film on one surface of the anode current collector by electrochemical deposition, adding 35-37 wt.% cathode active material, 1-5 wt.% graphene, 0.8-2 wt.% conductive agent, 0.8-2 wt.% binder into the aqueous solvent and stirring to obtain cathode electrode slurry, coating anode slurry on the surface of the PEDOT-PSS film and drying to obtain cathode electrode, where water content in the cathode electrode slurry is 60% the total mass, (iii) mixing lithium salt, polyethylene oxide and battery additive to obtain gelatinous slurry, forming the gelatinous slurry in a mold and drying to obtain solid electrolyte, where amount of battery additive is 5-50% the total mass of the solid electrolyte; and amount of polyoxyethylene and lithium salt in a ratio of O/Li molar ratio is 5-20, and (iv) assembling the anode electrode, the solid electrolyte, and cathode electrode and then sealing with a battery case to obtain final product. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for solid-state battery obtained by above method.
