▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A titanium carbide-based metal ceramic comprises 0.05-1 wt.% graphene, 8-20 wt.% alloy steel and 79-91.95 wt.% titanium carbide. The content of the non-iron metal element in the alloy steel is 22.4-51.4 %mass. The non-iron metal element comprises tungsten, chromium, molybdenum, vanadium, cobalt, nickel and/or manganese. USE - Titanium carbide-based metal ceramic used for preparing wear-resistant product (claimed) for mechanical processing, metallurgy, petroleum drilling and tool mine engineering building e.g. cutting tool, drilling tool and wear-resistant components. ADVANTAGE - The titanium carbide-based metal ceramic has improved strength, hardness and wear-resistant performance by addition of graphene, alloy steel and titanium carbide. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of titanium carbide-based metal ceramic.
