NOVELTY - Preparing polyamide composite material comprises taking graphene /kaolin/silicon dioxide composite filler and graphene/calcium carbonate/silicon dioxide composite filler, ultrasonically centrifuging, dispersing with stirring in deionized water, treating, ultrasonically stirring, adding graphene, treating, adding short glass fiber, ultrasonically stirring, allowing to stand, removing supernatant, washing, drying, adding nylon resin, nylon masterbatch and antioxidant, extruding and granulating. USE - Used as polyamide composite material. ADVANTAGE - The material has better mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing polyamide composite material comprises (i) taking 10-15 pts. wt. graphene/kaolin/silicon dioxide composite filler and 5-10 pts. wt. graphene/calcium carbonate/silicon dioxide composite filler, ultrasonically centrifuging at 500-800 KW and speed of 1000-1200 revolutions/minute, dispersing with stirring in 15-20 pts. wt. deionized water, treating for 90-120 minutes to obtain solution A, ultrasonically stirring at 500-800 KW and centrifugal speed at 1000-1200 revolutions/minute, adding 1-5 pts. wt. graphene and treating for 240-300 minutes to obtain mixed suspension, (ii) adding 40-50 pts. wt. short glass fiber, ultrasonically stirring at 300-500 KW and centrifugal speed at 800-1000 revolutions/minute for 90-120 minutes, allowing to stand for 60 minutes, removing supernatant, washing with deionized water and drying at 100 degrees C for 90 minutes to obtain glass fiber enhanced body, and (iii) taking 60-70 pts. wt. nylon resin, 30-40 pts. wt. glass fiber enhanced body, 1-5 pts. wt. nylon masterbatch and 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. antioxidant, extruding at 265-280 degrees C and speed of 120-150 revolutions/minute and granulating.
