NOVELTY - An anti-tumor hydrogel is prepared by uniformly mixing adriamycin graphene oxide solution and 0.5-10% (w/v) sericin solution to obtain mixed solution, mixing 5-10% (w/v) gelatin solution, adding glutaraldehyde, and reacting at 20-40 degrees C for 20 minutes to 12 hours in which volume ratio of graphene oxide solution and sericin is 1:(2-5), volume ratio of mixed solution and gelatin solution is (0.5-1.5):1, and mass ratio of sericin and glutaraldehyde is 1:(0.05-0.25). USE - Preparation of anti-tumor hydrogel (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Product enhances anti-tumor effect and reduces painful effect of drugs.
