▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves preparing reaction raw material that is made of a phosphorus source, a vanadium source, a sodium source and a titanium source. The reaction raw material is mixed with 5-50 % of oxidation graphite alkene material to form oxidation graphene mixture. Spray drying process is performed to form a spherical precursor. Spherical precursor sintering process is performed at 600-1000 degree Celsius with high temperature for 6-12 hours. Grading graphene is embellished with spherical sodium ion battery electrode material. USE - Method for preparing a spherical-shaped sodium ion battery electrode material e.g. vanadium phosphoric acid sodium or titanium phosphoric acid sodium. ADVANTAGE - The method enables reducing graphene synthesis period, raw material cost and processing period. The method enables performing preparing spherical-shaped sodium ion battery electrode material with easy control operation, better practical value and wide application range. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The spherical precursor sintering process is performed by using atmosphere gas e.g. argon gas, nitrogen or hydrogen. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a graphical view illustrating a method for preparing a spherical-shaped sodium ion battery electrode material.
