▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Carbon nanotube/graphene bulk phase composite material comprises carbon nanotube and reduced graphene oxide. It has porosity of more than 90%, more than 92%, more than 95%, more than 97% or more than 99%. USE - The carbon nanotube/graphene bulk phase composite material is used for preparing electromagnetic wave stealth material or electromagnetic wave shielding material, where electromagnetic wave is terahertz wave i.e. 0.1-10 THz, preferably 0.1-1.6 THz. It is used for electromagnetic wave stealth material or device or or electromagnetic wave shielding material or device (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material is capable of hiding and shielding the electromagnetic wave, preferably terahertz wave i.e. 0.1-10 THz, and has maximum shielding value for electromagnetic wave having frequency of 0.1-1.6 THz of not less than 5 dB, preferably not less than 41 dB, maximum reflection loss value for electromagnetic wave having frequency of 0.1-1.6 THz of not less than 5 dB, preferably not less than 31.5 dB, shielding value for electromagnetic wave having frequency of 0.1-1.6 THz of more than 5 dB, preferably more than 20 dB, reflection loss value for electromagnetic wave having frequency of 0.1-1.6 THz of more than 5 dB, preferably more than 15 dB, specific average terahertz wave shielding coefficient in the frequency range of 0.1-1.6 THz of not less than 3.0x 102 dBg-1cm3, not less than 3x 103 dBg-1cm3, not less than 3x 104 dBg-1cm3, or not less than 3.86x 104 dBg-1cm3, and specific average terahertz wave absorption performance in the frequency of 0.1-1.6 THz of not less than 2.0x 102 dBg-1cm3, not less than 2x 103 dBg-1cm3, not less than 2x 104 dBg-1cm3 or not less than 3.0x 104 dBg-1cm3. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of carbon nanotube/graphene bulk phase composite material comprising dispersing graphene oxide and carbon nanotube in water and/or organic solvent to obtain mixed solution, conducting hydrothermal reaction, solvothermal reaction or mixed solvothermal reaction to obtain carbon nanotube/graphene gel-like material containing water and/or organic solvent, removing water and organic solvent, and roasting to obtain carbon nanotube/graphene bulk phase composite material.
