NOVELTY - Fluidized bed dryer based on graphene far infrared heating comprises a controller and a dryer. The lower part of the dryer is provided with a wind expanding pipe connected with the bottom air supply passage. The other end of the bottom gas supply passage is connected with a centrifugal fan air outlet. The adjacent position of the centrifugal air inlet is provided at the adjacent position. The air return pipe assembly is connected to the air outlet above the dryers. The top of the drier is also provided with an air outlet feeder. The dryer includes a main body drying cavity. An insulating layer is provided on the outer wall of the main body dry cavity. A first graphene far-infrared irradiation plate is arranged on the inner wall of main body drying cavity. USE - The fluidized bed dryer based on graphene far infrared heating is used for drying small grain agricultural product material (e.g. rice, wheat and rape). ADVANTAGE - The fluidized bed drier can greatly improve the quality and drying rate of the dried small grain agricultural product material (such as rice, wheat, rape and so on) and reduce the drying energy consumption. The drying efficiency is high, the speed is fast, which is good for keeping the quality of the agricultural product in the drying process, comprising, reducing the explosive waist rate, reducing starch gelatinization and grease oxidation, improving the quality. The whole polished rice rate after drying is effectively improved, greatly reduce the rice starch gelatinizing, can directly reduce to storage water from high water content, avoiding additional device investment of sectional drying.
