▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Chromium-copper electrical contact material comprises 0.1-3.0 wt.% copper, 97.0-99.9 wt.% graphene and copper alloy. The copper alloy comprises 10-30 wt.% chromium, 0.1-2.0 wt.% antimony, bismuth or tellurium, and balanced amount of copper. USE - Chromium-copper electrical contact material. ADVANTAGE - The chromium-copper electrical contact material has high hardness, resistant to mechanical shock and exhibits anti-arc erosion performance by avoiding the electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for manufacturing chromium-copper electrical contact material , which involves: (A) depositing metallic copper on the graphene surface by direct current magnetron sputtering technique to obtain copper graphene; (B) applying atomized copper alloy on the obtained copper graphene, and the crushing the mixture in a ball mill to obtain powder mixture; (C) pouring the obtained powder mixture into a mold for densification; and (D) hot pressing, and then plastic molding the obtained graphene reinforced copper-based product, to obtain the finished product.
