▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - UV photosensitive anti-corrosion wear-resistant filler comprises 150-300 pts. wt. UV photosensitive main filler, 150-300 pts. wt. UV photosensitive auxiliary filler, 10-110 pts. wt. flake filler, 15-110 pts. wt. rod filler, 10-50 pts. wt. chemical modifier and 5-20 pts. wt. red phosphorus. USE - The UV photosensitive anti-corrosion wear-resistant filler is useful in UV photosensitive anti-corrosion wear-resistant coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The UV photosensitive anti-corrosion wear-resistant filler: improves the hydrophobicity of the photosensitive material through surface modification, improves the dispersibility of the filler in the coating by the catalytic properties of the photosensitive material, and improves the crosslinking performance between the filler and the polymer resin matrix by pre-crosslinking reaction, and endows the composite coating with excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: preparation of UV photosensitive anti-corrosion wear-resistant filler, comprising stirring main UV photosensitive filler, UV photosensitive auxiliary filler, flake filler, rod filler, deionized water, ethanol solvent, and chemical modifier in certain proportion, performing constant temperature water bath reaction at 50-90℃ to obtain photosensitive composite filler precursor, adding red phosphorus into the photosensitive composite filler precursor, carrying out hydrothermal reaction at 50-350℃, and forming micro-and nano-scale phosphorus-based colloid on the photosensitive composite filler precursor, filtering, washing and drying to obtain final product. The photosensitive composite filler precursor plays an anti-corrosion and wear-resistant effect inside the polymer and the micro- and nano-scale phosphorus-based colloid provides a strong corrosion inhibition effect for the metal substrate; UV photosensitive anti-corrosion wear-resistant coating, comprising UV photosensitive anti-corrosion wear-resistant filler component and film-forming component; and preparation of UV photosensitive anti-corrosion wear-resistant coating, comprising (1) irradiating UV photosensitive anti-corrosion wear-resistant filler with UV light, dispersing in a mixed solution of ethanol and ethyl acetate to obtain filler dispersion, and (2) dispersing resin and curing agent in the filler dispersion in certain proportion, stirring and performing ultrasonic dispersion to obtain final product.
