▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Producing phthalocwherein saidyanine compound-filled polyimide film comprises: (a) mixing phthalocyanine compound with polyimide precursor material and liquid to form slurry or solution; (b) forming wet film from the slurry or solution; (c) partially or completely removing the liquid from the wet film to form a precursor polyimide composite film; and (d) imidizing the precursor polyimide composite film to greater than or equal to 90% completion of the crosslinking reaction to obtain phthalocyanine compound-filled composite film. USE - The method is useful for producing phthalocyanine compound-filled polyimide film useful as optically opaque, non-reflecting substrate layer or coverlay in a micro-electronic device. ADVANTAGE - The method produces polyimide film having opaque, dark-color polymer films that are available in a wider thickness range (e.g. 10 nm to 500 microm), high dielectric strength, high tensile strength, high elastic modulus, surface smoothness, high dielectric constant and/or high dielectric strength, and produces cost, and also exhibits optical birefringence of less than 1.4, preferably less than 1.2.
