NOVELTY - Composite catalytic material, comprises G-bacteria modified reduced graphene oxide substrate and platinum-copper alloy particles compounded on the substrate. The G-bacteria modified reduced graphene oxide substrate is the carbide of G-bacteria crushed product-reduced graphene oxide. The G-bacterium is Escherichia coli, Shewanella dysentery, Shigella, Salmonella typhi, or Proteus. USE - The composite catalytic material is useful as an ORR catalyst for preparing a fuel cell which is a proton exchange membrane fuel cell and fuel cell electrode (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has excellent platinum-copper alloy load capacity and load stability, and can synergistically improve the ORR performance of the material, improve the electrochemical performance of fuel cell, reduce the catalyst cost, and improve the catalytic activity and stability of the fuel cell. The material is loaded with high metal load, and has excellent load performance and excellent ORR catalytic performance.
