NOVELTY - The method involves processing a metal substrate. The metal substrate is formed with a growth surface. A surface treatment is performed to the growth surface. The growth surface is developed with a graphene film to obtain a film solar cell substrate. A back electrode layer is prepared. The graphene film is covered to obtain a film solar cell pre-cast slab. The film solar battery substrate is placed in a heating furnace. The heating furnace is filled with an inert gas. The temperature in the heating furnace is raised to heat the thin film solar cell substrate. USE - Film solar cell pre-cast slab preparation method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables improving photoelectric conversion efficiency, and prolonging service life of the user.
