NOVELTY - A graphene is prepared by using chemical vapor deposition including placing substrate with catalyst (metal or metal compound) into free-oxygen reactor; making temperature of substrate reach to 500-1200 degrees C; adding carbonaceous substance to the reactor; and obtaining graphene. USE - Method for preparation of graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has convenient operation, is simple and feasible, and can be used in large scale production.
