NOVELTY - Preparing graphene dust-removing cloth comprises (1) fully dissolving modified graphene and polyamide in solvent, and adding polyvinylpyrrolidone to it, and mixing well to prepare a spinning solution; (2) spraying the prepared spinning solution through spinning machine to obtain a modified graphene fiber intermediate layer; (3) melting glass fiber in polypropylene to obtain interlayer stock solution; (4) spraying the prepared interlayer stock solution through a spinning machine to obtain intermediate interlayer; (5) heating water, adding glue, diluent, beta -cyclodextrin and nano-calcium carbonate to it, and mixing to obtain adhesive liquid; (6) sandwiching the modified graphene fiber intermediate layer between the two non-woven fabric layers, and filling intermediate interlayer between modified graphene fiber intermediate layer and two non-woven fabric layers, and pressing it; and (7) soaking the pressed combined dust-removing cloth into adhesive liquid. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene dust-removing cloth. ADVANTAGE - The dust-removing cloth: can improves product quality. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene dust-removing cloth, comprises (1) fully dissolving modified graphene and polyamide in solvent, and adding polyvinylpyrrolidone to it, and mixing well to obtain a spinning solution; (2) spraying the prepared spinning solution through spinning machine to obtain a modified graphene fiber intermediate layer; (3) melting glass fiber in polypropylene to obtain interlayer stock solution; (4) spraying the prepared interlayer stock solution through a spinning machine to obtain an intermediate interlayer; (5) heating water to 40-50 degrees C, adding glue, diluent, beta -cyclodextrin and nano-calcium carbonate to it, and mixing to obtain adhesive liquid; (6) sandwiching the modified graphene fiber intermediate layer between the two non-woven fabric layers, and filling the intermediate interlayer between the modified graphene fiber intermediate layer and two non-woven fabric layers, and pressing it; (7) soaking the pressed combined dust-removing cloth into adhesive liquid, and with transmission of dust-removing cloth, so that adhesive liquid can fully enter the combined dust-removing cloth, and soaking time is 15-29 minutes; and (8) extruding the excess adhesive liquid on the surface of the soaked combined dust-removing cloth and introducing it into a dryer for drying treatment to obtain a modified graphene dust-removing cloth.
