DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An electrical functional film comprises amphiphilic monolayer-based ruthenium complexes, molecular symmetry ruthenium complex, graphene film and indium tin oxide conductive glass substrate, where the amphiphilic ruthenium complex is of formula (I) and the symmetry ruthenium complex is of formula (II). An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for producing an electrical functional film.
