NOVELTY - An electrical functional film comprises amphiphilic monolayer-based ruthenium complexes, molecular symmetry ruthenium complex, graphene film and indium tin oxide conductive glass substrate. USE - Electrical functional film. ADVANTAGE - The film can be produced in an easy manner with good mechanical and chemical stability, better electrochemical properties, high substrate bonding strength, and good popularization and application value, and utilizes a simple vessel that can operate at room temperature, without special conditions and complex expensive equipment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An electrical functional film comprises amphiphilic monolayer-based ruthenium complexes, molecular symmetry ruthenium complex, graphene film and indium tin oxide conductive glass substrate, where the amphiphilic ruthenium complex is of formula (I) and the symmetry ruthenium complex is of formula (II). An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for producing an electrical functional film.
