NOVELTY - Preparing graphene composite film comprises separately performing stripping treatment for the graphene oxide and the hexagonal boron nitride, organically modifying, together adding a pre-mixture prepared by mixing methyl acrylate, a crosslinking agent, a photoinitiator to acetone, uniformly mixing the mixture to obtain a mixed solution, performing vacuum deaeration, uniformly coating onto the polyimide film, finally heating the polymerization under nitrogen protection and ultraviolet light irradiation, drying and winding to form a roll, reducing, washing, drying again to obtain the high thermal conductive graphene composite film, where the organic modification comprises respectively reacting of graphene oxide and hexagonal boron nitride with methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane to introduce a carbon-carbon double bond to polymerize with methyl acrylate and the mass ratio of graphene oxide to hexagonal boron nitride is 1:0.1-0.2. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene composite film. ADVANTAGE - The composite film has high thermal conductivity, low production cost and great industrial promotion value. The method adopts organic modification treatment, which acts as a bridge for heat transfer and further improves thermal conductivity.
