NOVELTY - Manufacturing electric heating element coating solution using advanced composite applied with graphene/CNT blending technology comprises blending 15 wt.% PVDF-based copolymer solution, 15-45 wt.% graphene, and 15-45 wt.% carbon nano tube (CNT) by a magnetic stirrer to prepare an electric heating element coating solution. USE - The coating solution is useful as a conductive ink for smart clothing e.g. healthcare fitness clothing. ADVANTAGE - The coating solution: is convenient to use; has high durability, stability, heat resistance, good electrical properties, thermal conductivity, piezoelectricity, viscosity, and adhesiveness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for electric heating element coating solution prepared by above mentioned method.
