NOVELTY - Method for improving the stretch and folding resistance properties of FDM 3D printed thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) shoe material involves performing microwave irradiation treatment on the FDM 3D technology printed TPU shoe materials. USE - The method is used for improving stretch and folding resistance properties of FDM 3D printed thermoplastic polyurethane shoe materials. ADVANTAGE - The method has improved mechanical properties of the FDM 3D printed TPU shoe material after microwave irradiation treatment, effectively solves the problems of insufficient adhesion between layers of FDM 3D printed molded component, is to easy crack and fracture, greatly improves the practicability of FDM 3D printed TPU shoe materials, and helps to promote the application and promotion of FDM 3D printing TPU shoe materials.
