▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An enzyme-free glucose sensor comprises an electrode modified material and a modified electrode, where the modified material comprises reduced graphene oxide (RGO) and graphene oxide consisting of nano-magnetic iron oxide and chitosan iron nanocomposites, and platinum nanoparticles, modified electrode is a diameter of 3-6 mm glassy carbon electrode, silver electrode, gold electrode, platinum electrode or a disposable printing graphite electrode, and the terminal plane of the modified electrode is coated with RGO and the graphene oxide nanocomposite made of magnetic iron oxide. USE - Enzyme-free glucose sensor for detecting glucose in diabetic patients. ADVANTAGE - The sensor has wide linear range, low detection limit, fast response, good catalytic reduction ability and is ideal for electrochemical hydrogen peroxide detection and glucose detection. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An enzyme-free glucose sensor comprises an electrode modified material and a modified electrode, where the modified material comprises RGO and graphene oxide consisting of nano-magnetic iron oxide and chitosan iron reduced graphene oxide-iron oxide (Fe2O3) nanocomposites, and platinum nanoparticles, the content ratio of RGO, magnetic iron oxide Fe2O3 and chitosan in the RGO-Fe2O3 nanocomposite is RGO: Fe2O3: chitosan of 10-30:6-18:20-75, the modified electrode is a diameter of 3-6 mm glassy carbon electrode, silver electrode, gold electrode, platinum electrode or a disposable printing graphite electrode, and the terminal plane of the modified electrode is coated with the RGO and the RGO- Fe2O3 nanocomposite made of the magnetic iron oxide and the chitosan platinum nanoparticles are uniformly dispersed and deposited on the surface of the RGO- Fe2O3 nanocomposite with modified electrode tip plane.
