NOVELTY - Graphene conductive coating comprises 4-8 pts. wt. maleic anhydride resin, 2-5 pts. wt. guar gum, 2-5 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 12-25 pts. wt. diluent, 30-50 pts. wt. composite graphene base material and 15-25 pts. wt. interface synergist material. USE - Used as graphene conductive coating comprising maleic anhydride resin and guar gum. ADVANTAGE - The method: utilizes weathered coal and metakaolin to provide a higher apparent viscosity; enhances the stability of the conductive coating by graft polymerization of acrylic acid and acrylamide monomer; improves the conductivity; regulates interface tension of macromolecule component and water in the coating; improves the interface adhesion ability, which further ensures the dispersion stability of the conductive coating; opens the dispersion gap to provide dispersion stability and avoid agglomeration; stabilizes the interface adhesion performance of epoxy resin; produces the graphene conductive coating without agglomeration and layering and stable for a long time with good interface adhesion ability.
