▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - pH sensor comprises an electrode, and a sensing unit for selectively sensing hydrogen ions by forming a porous nanomaterial layer on the surface of the electrode. The porous nanomaterial layer is composed of nanomaterial-metal oxide flexible composite. The nanomaterial is composed of carbon nanotube (CNT), carbon fiber, graphene and/or graphene oxide. The metal oxide is composed of nickel oxide, tin oxide, tungsten oxide, cobalt oxide, copper oxide and zinc oxide. USE - The sensor is useful for measuring water quality using nanomaterial-metal oxide flexible composite. ADVANTAGE - The sensor exhibits a resistance change rate (sensitivity) of 1.2-28%, exhibits a resistance change rate (sensitivity) of 1.1-5% in a temperature range of 0-40° C, can stably measure values, has excellent sensing characteristics and is made of a flexible material, and has an effect that can be applied to curved or bent parts. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for temperature sensor.
